Suggestion on universities

Hi,
Acads - 75% (topper's - 82)
My Gre 143+162+4
Toefl - yet to give
Work Exp - 6 years in IT

Applying for MS in CS, Spring 2017
My main consideration is low tuition fees and safe environment.
Universities I could shortlist till now: (I know I could not come up with many )

Northwest Missouri State University
University of Cincinnati

Would someone please help me with some universities which I can consider with the constraints I have in choosing them?
